BASIC ELEMENTS

SUITE IS A MODULAR SYSTEM OF FIXED PANELS AND DOORS IN ALUMINIUM AND GLASS WITH A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 270 CM, AND FITTED WITH SPECIAL HINGES THAT OPEN 180° FOR ENHANCED COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE.

Flexible, versatile, unique.

Suite is a modular system of glass and aluminium walls designed to define the shower and sanitary ware area in a single solution. It is made to measure, ideal for either 110 cm niches or for spaces that are more than 4 metres wide. The maximum height is 270 cm. Another interesting feature is the possibility to open the doors 180° towards the outside, so that the door can be folded completely back against the fixed panel and take up less space. The clean and sleek modules of the Suite series are ideal for rearranging the traditional layout of a space with absolute flexibility and the creative freedom to cater for specific needs and demands.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

An important detail is that Suite does not need securing to the ceiling: this means there is no need to plan each individual element down to a millimetre in order to accommodate the normal irregularities in ceilings. If you don’t like the gap above the top frame, there is a system of profiles to close it.

Suite’s outer frame maintains its sleek looks as the fitting adjustments are made on the inside of the walls.
All the metal or plastic parts are made using moulds designed by us, and always have the same finish as the rest of the wall system.

The glass doors in the Suite system, which open 180 degrees, are fitted with an adjustable pin so you can alter the height of the door.

LOWER HINGE

Adjustable pivot to regulate the height of the door after fitting.

The glass doors in the Suite system are fitted with an upper pin which can be adjusted so you can move or correct the angle of the door.

TOP HINGE

The top pivot can be adjusted to prevent or correct any tilting of the panel.

The perimeter of the shower enclosure is water-tight as seals are fitted under the door and between the profiles

SEALS

The entire perimeter of the shower area is water-tight as seals are fitted between the profiles and under the door.

You can adjust it by up to 15 mm thanks to the adjustable wall profiles.

WALL PROFILE

The wall profiles are adjusted telescopically to compensate up to 15 mm for differences in size or walls out-of-plumb.

You can correct small imperfections on the floor or uneven surfaces thanks to the adjustable lower profile that can be extended up to 7 mm

FLOOR ADJUSTMENT

Small flaws in the flooring or walls that are slightly out-of-plumb can be corrected using the adjustable bottom profile that can be extended up to 7 mm.

A cladding system, which can be coated the same finish as the ceiling, lets you fill any space between the upper profile and ceiling

INSTALLATION WITH TOP INFILL

The gap between the top profile and the ceiling, within the limit of 10 cm, is closed by the infill system which can be painted in the same colour as the ceiling.

INSTALLATION AT FREE HEIGHT

This solution allows the end user to freely choose the height of Suite and to leave an empty space (minimum 10mm) between the top profile and the ceiling. This space is corresponds to the difference between Suite requested height and the ceiling height.

INSTALLATION UNDER CEILING

Suite has no structural need to be fixed to the ceiling, but it can be demanded and sized to get up to about 10 mm from the ceiling. This space is necessary for the correct installation of Suite and can be filled with a special seal.
